I TRE MERLI ANTICA CANTINA
was located in a 16th century building on Vico Dietro Il Coro Della Maddalena in Genova, Italy's Historical Center.

The restaurant space showed many of the original details of the historic space, including vaulted ceilings and stone floors.
Super local dishes were paired with cheese tastings and a great variety of Italian as well as international wines, including I Tre Merli's own label.

In 2009, a small two-level storage space adjacent to the restaurant was rennovated into an art gallery. MF Gallery, (which had a New York City location since 2003) opened MF Gallery Genova and introduced Lowbrow/ Pop Surrealist art to Genova, Italy. The gallery space was also used to serve a smaller prix-fixe menu, and art shows continued regularly until the restaurant closed in 2014.
