I TRE MERLI PESCHIERA

In the late 1990's we rennovated an old carpet warehouse in the beautiful lakeside town of Peschiera Del Garda, Italy.

The restaurant's decor was reminiscent of the original NYC SoHo location and the menu featured many local specialties with fresh mile zero ingredients. Huge barrels adorned one wall of the space and served local wines on tap.
